Return & Refund Policy

At MobileTechSpecialists, we take pride in providing tested and reliable products, backed by knowledgeable support. We understand that sometimes a return or cancellation may be necessary, and we aim to make that process as smooth as possible.

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • All returned items must be shipped back before a refund can be issued.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, unless otherwise approved.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product type, condition, and reason for return.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt for your refund to be processed.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process described above.
