Returns
- Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
- All returned items must be shipped back before a refund can be issued.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, unless otherwise approved.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product type, condition, and reason for return.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt for your refund to be processed.
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
- Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process described above.
