Remote Support Over Zoom
Most software problems can be fixed remotely. I connect to your computer over Zoom, you watch everything happen on your screen, and I walk you through what I’m doing in plain language. Virus cleanup, printer issues, email problems, slow performance, software installs — if it’s software, I can probably fix it without you leaving home.
How it works: Call or message me, we set a time, I send you a Zoom link. You stay in control the whole time.
Printer Support (Brother, HP, Canon, Epson, and More)
Printers are the most complained-about device I deal with, and most printer problems are fixable. Setup, wireless connection issues, driver problems, print quality, paper jams that keep coming back. I support Brother printers especially, plus HP, Canon, Epson, and most other brands — both in person and over Zoom.
Virus & Malware Removal
Pop-ups, fake virus warnings, a computer that’s suddenly slow, programs you didn’t install. I remove the infection, check that nothing’s left behind, and set up basic protection so it doesn’t happen again. I also check whether any of your passwords or accounts were exposed while the malware was active.
Data Recovery
Deleted files, a dead hard drive, a computer that won’t boot with your photos on it. I recover data from failing drives, corrupted systems, and accidental deletions. If the drive is physically damaged, I’ll tell you honestly what the chances are before you spend anything. No recovery, no charge for the attempt.
Laptop Repair
Cracked screens, dead batteries, broken charging ports, keyboards with missing keys, overheating. I repair most laptop makes and models. Screen and battery replacements are the most common jobs — usually done within a few days, and I’ll give you a firm price before I order any parts.

Remote support over Zoom is $50–$100/hr depending on the complexity of the issue. I give you a firm quote before any billable work starts — if the job turns out simpler than expected, you pay less, not more. Parts are quoted separately at fair prices. No hidden fees, no surprise line items. Typical ranges: PC repair $15-$300 (plus parts if hardware needs replacing), data recovery $250-$1,000 depending on the issue, in-home services $100-$2,500 depending on the job. Simple fixes carry a $25 flat rate.
