- Pre-existing damage or prior repair attempts
- Data loss during repair (customers are responsible for backups)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party suppliers
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of repair services and electronic components:
- All diagnostic and service fees are non-refundable
- Returns on parts may be accepted on a case-by-case basis
- Custom-built or modified items are non-returnable
