3. Ship Your Drone – Send your Typhoon H to us (drone, controller, and camera). Batteries may be shipped if properly packaged and labeled.

4. Professional Diagnostic Report – Our team disassembles and inspects your drone, testing the motors, camera, GPS, compass, telemetry, sensors, and more. You’ll receive a 2–3 page written report covering:

   • Motor performance test results

   • GPS & compass calibration data

   • Telemetry logs

   • Sensor checks

   • Firmware status & update results

   • Notes on issues found and repair recommendations

5. Repair Quote – You’ll receive an itemized repair estimate (parts, labor, testing, and return shipping). Once approved, a second invoice will be sent.

• Packaging Options:

  • Use the original box and apply the shipping label.

  • If shipping in a backpack, remove the foam insert and lid, then place in a plain cardboard box.

  • If no foam insert is available, use a plain sturdy box.

• What to Include:

  • Drone, Controller, Camera, and Camera Cover/Lock.

  • Optional: Battery (must be properly packaged and labeled).

• Important Notes:

  • Remove all memory cards (we are not responsible for lost cards).

  • Bulging or damaged batteries will be treated as hazardous and not returned.

  • Store batteries properly before shipment (50% charge at 15.2 volts).
