Service Request: Once your repair request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and packaging guidelines.

Ship Your Drone: Send your Typhoon H along with the controller and camera. Batteries are optional but must be properly packaged and labeled if included.

Shipping & Packaging Guidelines

For backpacks or custom cases, remove foam inserts and place the contents in a plain, sturdy cardboard box.

Optional battery (properly labeled and packaged).

Memory cards or loose accessories. Damaged or swollen batteries will be disposed of per safety regulations.

Store batteries at ~50% charge (approx. 15.2 V) before shipment.
