Printers are the most complained-about device in any home or office. I set them up and fix them, on-site in the NY, USA and Albany NY area or remotely over Zoom.
What I fix
“Printer offline” errors, WiFi printers that drop off the network, driver problems, print spooler issues, scan-to-email setup, and new printer setup done right the first time. Brother, HP, Canon, and Epson.
Network printing for small business
One printer shared across the office, scan folders, and printers that survive router reboots. I set up network printing so it keeps working, not just works today.
On-site or over Zoom
Local on-site service in the NY, USA and Albany NY area. Anywhere else, most printer problems are software and network issues I can fix over a Zoom session while you watch.
