Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return new, unused physical products in their original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.
To start a return, contact us first with your order number at mobiletechspecialists@gmail.com or 518-888-7139 (call or text). We will confirm your return and provide the return address.
Return conditions:
– Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
– Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described – in those cases we cover return shipping.
– Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3 business days), we will refund your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Not returnable:
– Repair services, diagnostic services and labor, remote support sessions, and NFZ unlock services. All service sales are final once work has begun.
– Opened or installed parts that cannot be resold as new are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund, your choice.
