Description
On-Site Preventive Maintenance for DJI Dock 1, 2, and 3
DJI publishes a maintenance schedule for its dock systems (DJI Dock 2 / Matrice 3D Series Maintenance Manual), and your dock should stay on it. I come to your site and perform the scheduled service in person. I am not a DJI-authorized service provider; the service follows DJI’s published maintenance manual.
DJI’s published Dock 2 maintenance intervals
- Standard service, every 6 months or 1,500 flights (whichever comes first): deep cleaning, environment inspection, firmware updates and calibrations, dock appearance and parts inspection.
- Premium service, every 12 months or 3,000 flights: everything in standard service plus replacement of wearing parts.
- Harsh environments (dust, sand, salt air, high humidity, pollutants, chemical plants, sewage plants): DJI shortens the interval to 3 months.
- Docked aircraft (Matrice 3D/3TD): standard service every 300 flight hours or 1 year; premium service every 900 flight hours or 2 years, including propulsion-system service.
What the on-site visit covers
- Deep cleaning of the dock and docked aircraft
- Environment inspection: vegetation, new signal obstructions, ground conditions, alternate landing site
- Dock body inspection: shell, mounting bolts, damage check
- Firmware updates, aircraft calibration, and sensor checks
- Parts inspection with wearing-part replacement as needed
- Backup-battery health check and FlightHub 2 warning review
- Test flight to confirm the system is fully operational
On-site anywhere in the USA. Quoted per site. Call or text 518-888-7139 with your dock model, location, and flight count. Travel is arranged in advance and billed separately.
DJI Dock 1 (M30 series) and DJI Dock 3 (Matrice 4D/4TD) serviced on their published schedules. DJI Dock installation and commissioning also available.
