Comprehensive diagnostic and repair service for any off-brand drone, 3DR legacy model (Solo and similar), custom build, or ArduPilot / Pixhawk-based aircraft.
What’s included:
- Full airframe inspection
- Firmware and software check
- Flight controller, ESC, and GPS evaluation
- Camera and gimbal check (where equipped)
- Written repair report with a firm quote before any billable work beyond the diagnostic
About the $50 fee: it covers the full diagnostic evaluation and any software-level fixes I can do on the bench. If your drone needs parts or hands-on repair work, I send you a firm quote before doing anything billable — no surprise charges. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the $50 is not refunded (it paid for the diagnostic work), and return shipping is on you. A prepaid return label works fine.
How it works:
- Purchase this service — you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and packaging guidelines.
- Ship your drone to us. Batteries are optional but must be properly packaged and labeled if included.
- I confirm receipt, run the full diagnostic, and send a firm written quote before any billable repair work.
- Once approved, your drone is repaired, tested for flight readiness, and shipped back ready to fly.
