How it works:
- Purchase this service, then book your session with the scheduling link we send you.
- Before the session, send me the details of the problem — what’s happening, what you’ve tried, your setup — so I can prepare.
- Get on the phone with me at your scheduled time.
- We connect over Zoom (share your video or desktop) and I remote in with AnyDesk to fix the problem hands-on while you watch.
